Why'd you pass the bum on the street?
Why'd you pass the bum on the street?
Why'd you pass the bum on the street?
Why'd you pass the bum on the street?
'Cos he bothered you
'Cos he bothered you
'Cos he bothered you

Why'd you shoot the man with a gun?
Why'd you shoot the man with your gun?
Why'd you shoot the man with the gun?
Why'd you shoot the man with a gun?
'Cos he bothered you
'Cos he bothered you
'Cos he bothered you

We should take the cretins out at night
Drag 'em incomplete by their ears
We should nail their thoughts to the wall
Stand them in the street with a gun
AND THEN KILL THEM ALL
Stand them in the street with a gun
AND THEN KILL THEM ALL
Stand them in the street with a gun
AND THEN KILL THEM ALL
Stand them in the street with a gun
AND THEN KILL THEM ALL

How could they be safe from the way
they live every day?
How could they be safe from the way
they live every day?
How could they be safe from the way
they live every day?
How could they be safe from the way
they live every day?

General CommentI disagree with deprebean. When I hear it, I can't stop thinking it's some kind of social commentary, something about the disproportion between the problem and the reaction to it. Who would shoot someone just because he's a little bit bothersome? That's something really cruel and disproportionate.
Also, as the song starts with the commentary about the bums, it seems to me as if it was comparing the small insensitive actions (as ignoring someone) with worse things as some kinds of murder practiced by gangs. The results may vary, but the reasoning behind it (he/she bothers me) is the same.

Lyric CorrectionI'm pretty sure it's "How could they be saved from the way they live everyday".

My OpinionI don't think this song has any deep meaning, I just think it's meant to add to the vibe of the song, which is freak-outish
