Dare you look inside – to see the darkness that you hide?

Destiny
Is hard to meet
It'll hunt you down somewhere along the way

Don't you see?
We're meant to be
The prodigies that came to show the way

But I don't wanna rule the world alone
None of us can make it on our own
I'm screaming but I cannot hear a sound
The suffocation slowly comes around

Loneliness
Eating me inside
It's burning me alive
I'm traveling in my mind
And flying through a thousand lonely souls that cry
in swamps of evil lies
We're closer to the truth now
Take me home

Don't believe
It's dark to see
When the sun has left you at the end of day

Suddenly
It's hard to breathe
Resting in the trenches won't you say?

Loneliness
Eating me inside
It's burning me alive
I'm traveling in my mind
And flying through a thousand lonely souls that cry
in swamps of evil lies
We're closer to the truth now
Take me home

Take me home

Take me home

Take me home

Take me home

Oh man this is my favorite Bionicle song Well this song was a promotional song for toa mistika sets of lego bionicle And from the name closer to the truth In the story the toa nuva was fighting in karda nui and going to awake mata nui And the closer to the truth is for us the fans We gonna know the truth of the Bionicle universe Verses like burning me inside i think it's about mata nui dying

And flying through a thousand lonely souls that cry in swamps of evil lies

Here i think it's about the toa nuva and av matoran in karda nui They were flying and fight the makuta in the swamp's of karda nui

It'll hunt you down somewhere along the way

I think it's mean the toa and makuta and many many characters fighting especially in destiny wars

    Destiny Is hard to meet

Destiny in bionicle was kind of a thing the toa matoran or any being in matoran universe have to do Like it's part of thier fight It's kinda complicated to explain it here For is hard to meet it's mean it's hard to know your destiny

But I don't wanna rule the world alone

I think it's mean teridax lead the rest of the brotherhood of makuta to betray mata nui But actually teridax wanted to kill the rest of his fellow's

    Take me home

I think it's mean that tia nuva wanted to back to home Idk i didn't understand it

Well yeah there some verse's i didn't explain but that what do i think it's important

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
