"Last Time Around" as written by Nicholas Jonas, Pj Bianco and Garbo,....
Walk in the room
I'm a man on a mission
You're standing there and I feel that connection
I break the ice and I ask what your name is
Then I recall that we already did this
Some how I missed it

Keep on moving like you did last summer
When the grass was greener
And your hair was longer
If you, become familiar with another in town
Don't forget about the fun that we had
Last time around

Yeah

You walk around with a new man, new plan
You think it's over but I'm just getting started
I try to call but you don't ever answer
I'd let you go but your all that I'm after
Can't you remember

Keep on moving like you did last summer
When the grass was greener
And your hair was longer
If you, become familiar with another in town
Don't forget about the fun that we had
Last time around

That feels good

So, keep on moving like you did last summer
When the grass was greener
And your hair was longer
If you, become familiar with another in town
Don't forget about the fun that we had
Last time around

Keep on moving like you did last summer
When the grass was greener
And your hair was longer
If you, become familiar with another in town
Don't forget about the fun that we had
Last time around

Last time around
Don't forget about it baby
Last time around
Woo

Last time around
Yeah
Last time around

Song MeaningI think this song is about when Selena Gomez and Nick went out in the summer of 2008. Nick begins by saying they reconnect but he 'remembers that we already did this' he remembers the good times they had. then he says 'keep on movin' like you did last summer when the grass was greener and your hair was longer.' Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas dated in summer of 2008, 'the grass was greener' is not only referring to the weather, but to the time when Selena and Nick got along. The 'your hair was longer' bit is simple. In summer of 2009, Selena Gomez cut her hair in a bob. So last summer, her hair was longer. The 'become familiar with another in town' bit is talking about when Selena briefly dated Taylor Lautner, and being 'in town' means he's in the show business, because 'the town' sometimes represents Hollywood.

The second verse begins with 'you walk around with your new man, new plan.' The new man is obviously Taylor Lautner, and I know this is kind of stretch but the 'new plan' may be her singing career. Nick really wants her back, but she thinks they're over. The chorus repeats itself a couple of times and it ends with him basically saying 'don't forget about when you actually liked me.' haha

General CommentThis song is obviously about a guy who's still in love with a girl that he used to be with.

I love the upbeat and fun tempo, it's a break from all the other ballads on the CD. It still has depth and is written very well. It's also very catchy, it gets stuck in my head all the time.

General CommentThis song, I think, is about a girl that he went out with before. And although she's over him, he isn't yet over her. I think that he's telling her that she can leave and go out with other guys, but he's asking her not to forget about what they had together.

My InterpretationWell where I do agree with the fact that he used to be in love with said girl, I also think that he is trying to say to her that she can't forget what they had. Or rather that she shouldn't, because he didn't. There aren't hard feelings.

Love the album, and I hope that they collaborate again!
