"Play On" as written by Paloma Faith and Stephen Paul Robson....
We are a lullaby,
An everlasting Song
Taken this prisoners to a place where we belong
If the tune stops, I will not wake Oh No
Without us I am no one,
My soul swells and aches

So I am the day
When the music dies so will our Love, there will be some pain
But I will keep it in my Locket
If you'll lead the band, I will have to follow
There is no escape for me So Play on
Keep me dancing in the air

Play on, No one else can compare
Play on, to the harmony of our sweet rapture
Play on, you have a supernatural flair
Play on, Push me further than I dare
Play on, Play on, Play on

So play on for me
So If this melody just stopped or fade away
Oceans will drain out and the stars disintegrate
It's like 2 roads, I have lost all my control, I look into you, you make me rock and roll
So I am the day

When the music dies so will our love, there will be some pain
But I will keep it in my locket
If you will lead the band, I will have to follow
There is no escape 4 me So play on
Keep me dancing in the air
No else can compare, play on
To the harmony of our sweet rapture

Play on,
You have a super natural flair
Play on, push me further than I dare
Play on, play on, play on
So play on for me
Keep me dancing in the air
No one else can compare
To the harmony of our sweet rapture

Play on,
You have a super natural flair
Play on, push me further than I dare
Play on, play on, play on
So play on for me

General CommentI love this song, such a beautiful ballad thats catchy.
Fantastic Album ender and to me it's about a past love that lighted up your world and fronted your (or a) band that Paloma loved dearly.

This person gave her a purpose and it did end I assumed by the sad music tone.
    I just love it.
