I have nothing new to tell you
Since the last time that I wrote
But I know with certainty that
Your hands will get my notes

I don’t need mirrors in the hallway
To remind me how I’m feeling today
I don’t want any lights in my house
Turn them off put them down throw them out

I read, I read
A yellow shirt
And a blue jacket

I learned for the first time today
A red flag means that I’ll be ok
You get up when I go to sleep but
That’s just me and geography

I swear you stole my sleep for
At least four whole goddamn weeks and
I swear when next we meet, well,
I will not let you sleep

I read, I read
A yellow shirt
And a blue jacket

dressed so sharply
you know I will read
every word that you send me

General Commentthis is by far my most favorite song by them. i think it's mostly just about being completely hung over somebody, possibly them not caring about you as much as you care about them. you obsess over this person and remember all the details.

My Interpretation"I have nothing new to tell you
Since the last time that I wrote
But I know with certainty that
Your hands will get my notes"

"You get up when I go to sleep but
    That’s just me and geography"

--These bits it seems that the songs about a lover that lives far away, possibly halfway around the earth as when s/he is getting up, its nighttime wherever the speaker is. The song is commentary about the troubles of their long distance relationship and the speakers longing to near his/her lover.
