"Sweet December" as written by Trevor David Steel and Shaun Donald Diviney....
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin',
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin',

So wrap you hands around me darlin,
Just so you know,
I'm comin' down around you darlin',
We never looked this beautiful,

And though,
I'll be,
Your sweet,
December,
(Oh oh oh)
(Oh oh oh)
I don't need you when I've got my pride.

So can't you see,
Everything you are belongs
To me.

Hey!

The city lights were fading,
I saw her on the pavement,
Dressed in black and,
Writing wrongs,
The station played our favourite song,

She said,
I don't think I remember,
A taste as sweet as this December,
And I know,
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin' home,

So wrap,
Your arms around me,
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin' home,

To be,
Your sweet,
December.

(Oh oh oh)
(Oh oh oh)

So can't you see,
Everything you are belongs
To me.

The city lights were fading,
I saw her on the pavement,
Dressed in black and,
Writing wrongs,
The station played our favourite songs,

She said,
I don't think I remember,
A taste as sweet as this December,
And I know,
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin' home!

Yeah!

Da-da-da-da-da

The city lights were fading,
I saw her on the pavement,
Dressed in black and,
Writing wrongs,
The station played our favourite songs,

She said,
I don't think I remember,
A taste as sweet as this December,
And I know,
I'm comin' home,
I'm comin' home,

I'm comin' home,
I'm comin'
I'm comin home,
I'm comin'

So wrap your
Arms around me darlin'
Arms around me darlin'

I'll be your sweet December.

General CommentSorry but your lyrics are a bit off
    The real lyrics are:

    "I'm comin' home
    I'm comin'
    I'm comin' home
    I'm comin'

So wrap your arms around me darling
Just so you know, I'm comin'
    Down around you darling
    We've never looked this beautiful-iful

    I'll be your sweet December
    (oh oh, oh oh oh)
I don't need you when I got my pride
    (oh oh, oh oh oh)

    So can't you see
Everything you are belongs to me
    Hey!

    The city lights were fading
I saw her on the pavement
Dressed in black and right and wrongs
The station played our favourite song

    She said,
    I don't think I remember,
A taste as sweet as this december
    And I know-ow-ow-ow
    I'm comin' home
    I'm comin' home

So wrap your arms around me darling
I'm comin' home, I'm comin' home
    To be your sweet december
    (oh oh, oh oh oh)

    So can't you see,
Everything you are belongs to me
    Hey!

    The city lights were fading
I saw her on the pavement

    And I know-ow-ow-ow
I'm comin' home, I'm comin' home

    Yeah !

General CommentThis songs so kickass, but
even though I love short stack to bits,
I find this song a bit too repetitive

    I still love it :D

I think it's basically about a summer fling somewhere
(as december is summer in Australia)
and going back to where they met

    I'm not sure :)
    I love short stack

General Commenti agree with rhiannonl a bit
i love short stack..should see my walls haha XD
but it is a little repetitive..not as good as some of their older stuff..
like before they were famous and all.

i reckon shauns singing about a girl he's met home in sydney
and he's been away on tour or something..so he's coming home? haha idk
maybe singing about his memories he got with her

idk..guess i'll have to ask him about it lol

General CommentProbably one of the worst bands to come out of Australia, a country with alot of signing talent and this band brings Australia down
