I want to hold your hand, but I can only hold my breath
And pray to god that you’ll be listening to this song..
I sat myself down by the boardwalk
To listen to the waves
I swear to god I heard you calling out my name
From underneath these street lights where we’d dance for hours
Under thunderstorms and rain
It was funny how you always cried when we’re together
So hold me tight my darling
Let the sweet sound of ocean waves cast away your pain
Lay your head on my chest and talk about the weather..

If memory serves me right I swear to God
These were the best nights of our lives..

If memory serves me right I swear to God
These were the best nights of our lives..

My OpinionI've never heard this song before, but those lyrics are really sweet and I can just feel the passion in them, even without hearing the actual song. I'd like to get my hands on this song somehow.
