Crawling on your knees closer to me
Asleep in leather, foaming at the mouth
It only weakens you all weekend
Waiting for me to make you feel alive

Transplant the heart attack, the past is now a memory
Swallow the desert sun and save it for a rainy day

Blowing kisses to the end of the world
You're a dreamer, a sinner, unholy little ?dealer?
The fruit is rotting on the vine
And mama's baby was always born to die

Transplant the heart attack, the past is now a memory
Swallow the desert sun and save it for a rainy day

You know my love that nothing lasts forever
One last kiss now before we say goodbye

{vocoder, can't figure the first two lines out}
You've got a hot little temper
You've got a hot little temper
You've got a hot little temper
You've got a hot little temper

Transplant the heart attack, the past is now a memory
Swallow the desert sun and save it for a rainy day

Lyric CorrectionI'm not completely sure what he says with the vocoder on the first two lines, either. But, I've seen this performed live, and I think the second of the two lines is:

In and out, it's on a xylophone.
