"Too Shy To Scream" as written by and David Paden Marchand Adam A Carson....
I come quietly
Silent entities can lack a certain weight when unseen.
Do they speak of me?
My voice left with the breeze that whispered
"you should flee or you shall be seen."

I'd die if you only met my eyes
Before you pass by
Would you pause and break my heart?

I am everywhere, everywhere but here
for here is where you grace the nameless
Were I not so weak, could I even speak,
I'd warn that you should leave before you're seen with me

I'd die if you only met my eyes
Before you pass by
Would you pause and break my heart?

General CommentYes, it's about being noticed (or unnoticed, in this case) by the person you like (could be someone famous, like your idol, or just some random person you are attracted to).

And those people who say that Davey's gay, HE IS NOT! He is not even bisexual, he's straight. Jade made an official statement that Davey was not gay or bi. People just assume he is because he wears make up and used to have long hair. But it was just style, style doesn't define sexual orientation. He's an exact example of that. So quit saying Davey's gay, everyone's sick of it, us die hard fans as well as AFI themselves.

Oh, and if you're thinking the Jeffree Star thing, as they are commonly seen together and have pictures together, Davey and Jeffree are just good friends but nothing more. Sorry to burst your bubble.

General CommentI think it's basically about being to shy to talk to someone you like, wishing they'd just notice you.

General CommentIt kind of reminds me of someone who likes someone so much and the slightest bit of attention makes you go extremely happy and it is like the best thing in the world.

Song MeaningTo me this song sounds like a person - singing to a person whom he / she had has let down due to weakness/inability.
Though the singer respect the other person a lot, due to what ever they have done in the past, the singer is unable to face the
other person (who can be a friend / lover). He is unable to go to the place where he/she is.

I could say this is about a feeling of embarrassment and guilt.

Not sure if this is the right one. Just my take of this song.

    <3 this. That's what I thought also.

    I'm thinking that the lines:
'I am everywhere, everywhere but here
for here is where you grace the nameless'
are probably implying that the guy likes the girl but she's left him for someone else that he doesn't like/is pretentious or whatever.

In other words: Kua. I'm 98% sure about that.
