"Holiday" as written by Robin Hugh Gibb and Barry Alan Gibb....
You might be safe
You might be scared
I promise you I could take you there
To that holiday I'll take you away
You take your breath
You're mesmerized
You spend yourself
And you're hypnotized
In that holiday I'll take you away

How do you feel about the ocean?
How do you feel about the deep blue sea
It's all you feel, you feel for love
And all you give to me

It makes you crave
It makes you fall
And then you bleed and you give your all
In that holiday, I'll take you away
You drink it in
To sooth your soul
The tide could turn and the dice
Could roll
In that holiday, I'll take you away

General CommentThe ocean is a metaphor for the vast depth of the love of God. Our lives, however we use them, are our gifts to Him, (made acceptable through the sacrifice of Jesus should we accept His salvation). God so longs for us to give ourselves to Him completely, forsaking safety, fear, and sin for His abundant life that "turns the tide" of our lives and makes us whole.
