"Louder Than Words" as written by Jerome Edward Armstrong, Terrence Carl Battle, Michael White, David Guetta and Nick Van Der Wall....
This is my excuse to testify been a beaten down boy
And I don't know why that's alright, that's alright

Well the truth was a lie and I don't know
How it got me to follow and it's true that the lie that was
Sold me will never let me go

What I needed you to
Say was hidden far away
This is why I've had to justify,
My head is shaken, yeah but that's alright
What I needed to believe was hidden far from me
That's alright 'cause I believe you

Take advantage of a malleable mind been a weakened sucker boy without
A spine that's alright, that's alright

Tell me that I've got to fight your fights, and now I'm a bleeding
Boy without a life but that's alright, that's alright

Don't feel bad because I won't cry
I'll do your will
And not ask why,
But that's alright because I believe you

My InterpretationFirst of all, I want to say this song kicks butt! Wonderful guitar riffs and harmonization on the guitars and vocals alike. The lyrics are powerful and well written out. Another great title by Klayton of Celldweller!

The message in this song is somewhat obvious; it's listed right in the title! What this track is trying to say is that no matter how bad you want something done, the only way to have it happen is to do it yourself! Actions speak louder than words!
The lines "The Volume's always the same" and "Here we go again" are Klayton's way of saying that he's heard way too much of talking about getting things done, and nobody's taking initiative and doing it. He's sick of it.
"I don't want to hear dead words from you" backs up my idea of the song's message; [Dead] Words do nothing to help your cause, don't say them unless you intend on pushing for a conclusion! The whole "Shut up!" thing is just another hint that he hates people complaining about things that they want to happen and not acting on their complaints.
