The boat that failed it's only sail
is burning in the river
It's heating up the water mains
while the rest of the house just shivers
It's sinking fast
straight through the grass
A buoyant mask
A medical grasp
and that....was
all I had to give her

...but I will take my hand's mistakes
Stay afloat in
this flushing river

With the smell of your soul
and fix the bridge that
from the blows that age delivers
But I fear collapse...
as your
weight will pass
You know... I love you more that you will know

is coming for us

t's coming through the vents
..for the worst and

And so it seems
Like old beliefs...

We're struggling in the
Fishing for a fish that knows
of a way to save the other...

Don't turn
It's turning the room...
and as it spins the violence
coats the walls
in bother...

Carousels and comet tails
are somewhere in this river

lonely has lost my mind

General Commenti agree... I also really like "maddie bloom" but they havent posted any lyrics for it and i cant make out half of it... but i love it anyway = )

    this song tho
    to me
is about to ex lovers maybe? or maybe even old friends that go way back, almost like "the boy next door" and the whole "my girl(movie)" concept...

im not real sure what kind of problems they are having tho... but its affecting the household

General CommentTo go along with the talk of an alcohol addiction in other songs, it seems as though drunkenness has something to do with it whe he talks of the room spinning and carousels here.
Maybe the ex-lover in wicryeker's comments has something to do with the excess of booze. Who knows.
