"No surprise" as written by and James Yuill....
If you need me, I will run to you
And if you call me out of the blue
I will run to catch you as you fall on me
And it's no surprise that you'll soon forget about me

So slow it down
Take it easy

If you want me
I will be right here
And if you love me
You will notice me here

But it's no surprise that your eyes are crying my name
And it's no surprise that your eyes are seeing the same

So slow it down
Take it easy

So slow it down
Take it easy

General CommentThis song has the tempo of a chugging train.

I didn't like it at first, because I thought it was a tad too electronica, but
the more I listen to it, the more I like it.

I guess it's about someone who's always in the background watching and waiting..for what, I don't know.

My InterpretationThe line "you'll soon forget about me" is incongruent with "your eyes are crying my name / seeing the same", so I think this other person has mutual feelings for him but is hiding it out of fear. He's willing to profess love and do anything for them even though they're not ready to open up - but he tells them it's okay, we can slow down and take it easy.
