"Turn Up the Bright Lights" as written by and Mike Busbee Michelle Lewis....
It's a lot like falling
Taking that first step onto the street
The whole night before you
Spreading out like a Technicolor dream

So take this city into your arms and hold it like a kiss
Don't it feel like flying, darlin', what could be better than this?

Turn up the bright lights
Light up the world tonight
Shine like a star
shine above and sail away
Turn up the bright lights

On a Paris morning
Long before the sun would dare to rise
Walking on the river
Reflecting diamonds in your eyes

So take this city and catch your breath and listen to the song
Cause she moves like music, darlin', but in a moment she'll be gone

Turn up the bright lights
Light up the world tonight
Shine like a star
Shine above and sail away

Turn on the mystery
There's no other place to be
It's only you and me
Beneath this perfect sky
Turn on the bright lights
Turn on the bright lights

So take this city and catch your breath and hold it like a kiss...

Turn up the bright lights
Light up the world tonight
Shine like a star
Shine above and sail away

Turn on the mystery
There's no other place to be
It's only you and me
Beneath this perfect sky

Turn up the bright lights
Light up the world tonight
Shine like a star
Shine above and sail away

Turn up the bright lights
Light up the world tonight

    Turn up the bright lights
    Light up the world tonight
    Shine like the stars shine
    Above Ile Saint Louis

General CommentThis sounds right. I was confused when I looked up the lyrics and saw that version of the chorus on all the lyrics sites. I could've sworn I heard Saint Louis. Glad I heard right.
