"My Offwhite Flag" as written by and David Longstreth....
I copped a feel
Of the wall
Trying to find the light switch in the dark
Then I got into bed and fell back asleep, quickly

It's been awhile since I played the game
I've been retired since Saturday

From the first base line I watched those blondes
So perfectly flirting
And I held my off-white flag between my knees
Limply

It's been awhile since I played the game
I've been retired since Saturday
I am a child
And I'm not ready

It's been awhile since I played the game
I've been retired since Saturday
I am a child
And I'm not ready

General CommentI would say it's definitely about sexual... not sexual failure but maybe feeling limp, unused, unwanted maybe. I love how it starts with "copping a feel of the wall" as this perversion dominates his life. And also how he is either too old - "retired" and the possible erectile disfunction of his limp off-white flag; or too young - "I am a child and I'm not ready".

General Commentdo you think this song is about how he hasn't been been out in the dating world for quite a while, but he sits back and watches wishing he knew how to jump back in? it might seem a little pervy, but i take the line "i held my off-white flag between my legs, limply" as him speaking about his "member". if you know what i mean...

General CommentI think this song is definitely about sex. Its been a while since he;s played the game that he can't even get hard from watching the blonds perfectly flirting(which i interpret him to be talking about watching porn). He hails his offwhite flag between his knees, limply.

I also find it very interesting that he mentions how he has retired from the business(sex) since saturday(probably the last time he had sex), then he goes on to realizing that he is a child and not ready for it.
