"Where the Lines Overlap" as written by and Hayley Nichole/farro Williams....
Give me attention
I need it now
Too much distance
To measure it out, out loud
Chasing patterns across a personal map
And making pictures where the line overlap
Where the lines overlap

No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No one is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us

Call me over, and tell me how
Well you got so far
Never making a single sound
I'm not used to it
But I can learn
There's nothing to it
I've never been happier
Never been happier

No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No one is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us

Now I've got a feeling if I sing this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
I've got a feeling if I sing this loud enough
You would sing it back to me

I've got a feeling
I've got a feeling
That you would sing it back to me
That you would sing it back to me

No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No one (no one) is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us

General CommentI think this song is about life on the road. It seems like they're saying it's bitter sweet to be gone from home, but this is what they've always wanted. " No one is as lucky as us " is saying that they feel like they're on top of the world and they're having the time of their lives. " Tracing patterns across a personal map. And making pictures where the lines overlap. " This sounds like when they're on tour they're all over the world (map) touring. While they're out on tour they're out making memories to last them a life time (pictures). Great song, but the album in general is going to take some getting used to.

General CommentI like this song SO much better then "Ignorance." I think the music, lyrics, and melody are a great representation of Paramore as a whole. I think in a way it's another fan song, like "Whoa" and "Born For This." Love it.

General Commenteven though hayley said that their new album wasn't going to be about love and relationships i feel as if this is about her relationship with chad. for instance the line "Tracing patterns across a personal map
And making pictures where the lines overlap" probably is referring to having to put effort into getting together when they both have so much already on their schedules or "personal maps".
