"The Point" as written by and Christofer Drew....
You can do whatever you want you're not stuck with me.
I'll tell you one thing, we make history, you and me.
You're getting closer now, it's getting better now.
But you're still so far gone.

And I am to the point where I don't even wanna know where you are
Or where you're going baby (oooh).
Same old story.
And I am to the point where I don't even wanna see your face anymore (anymore).

I don't wanna live with regrets.
Wonder why my life is a mess.
But all you want is more (more, more, more).
You're getting closer now, still getting better now.
But you're still so, but you're still so far gone.

I am to the point where I don't even wanna know where you are
Or where you're going baby (oooh).
Same old story.
And I am to the point where I don't even wanna see your face anymore (anymore).
You're so far gone.

But I'm moving on.

I, I never, I never felt so alive.
But now without you by my side.
I never, I never felt so alive.
I'm so glad I left you behind.

Watch your back (?)
On my entire town (yyyyyahh

Song MeaningThe song's about being in a relationship with someone who just keeps doing whatever they want and not caring about what other people will think or feel, him especially. So he realizes that he's too good for that and feels so much better without her and moves on.

General CommentThis is a great song, it's such a soft and pretty song, and all of a sudden a settle the sky style part comes on and then the dick van dyke theme is whistled.

I think it's about unrequited love and how everything they do affects you, sometimes you go crazy in love with them and sometimes you just want 2 kill them. And this whole time, they dont feel the same and try to be nice, but mainly try to get away from you. But eventually You get to the point where you just give it all up, and move on. You become free of the straglehold crush. This happens 2 me ALL the time, so im guessing thats what this is about
