"Hold On" as written by and Mawule Kwabla/lantz Kulego....
I sing now for all of you
With no one to hold on to
For all the broken hearts out there
Waiting for someone to be near

Hold on
Hold on
For all the broken hearts out there

Long day, come home, silent welcome
Empty bedroom, wake up alone

It haven't always been this way
Memories stuck from yesterday's
A colour deep inside of me
This isn't who I wanna be

I sing now for all of you
With no one to hold on to
For all the broken hearts out there
Waiting for someone to be near

Hold on (hold on)
Hold on (hold on)
For all the broken hearts out there

One touch, one kiss
In dreams, I wish
One word would mean the world to me

What are we truly aiming for
I cover my eyes just to ignore
A colour deep inside of me
This isn't who I wanna be

I sing now for all of you
With no one to hold on to
For all the broken hearts out there
Waiting for someone to be near

Hold on (hold on)
Hold on (hold on)
For all the broken hearts out there

Hold on (hold on)
Hold on (hold on)

I sing now for all of you
With no one to hold on to
For all the broken hearts out there
Waiting for someone to be near

Hold on (hold on)
Hold on (hold on)
For all the broken hearts out there

My OpinionFor all the dnb-heads out there, there's a lovely remix of this song... youtube.com/…

The song itself is about loneliness and the courage to 'hold on'... It should inspire others to keep their heads up as well and not dwell on the memories... Think that might be the simplest interpretation.
