@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday".
I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Time will teach ya
The numb suffer some but the smile will lead em
Cower people this pistol yeah it's kinda lethal
The iron will eat you
Like a sub when
Cliff tryna eat you
Honor people
Slander honest people
Like we not equal
I'm the coldest polar ice kinda see through
Day one mean I eat then you eat too
I'm them kinda ppl
Slip up in the street all loose
I keep the peace like duce
I keep the peace like 2
I keep the peace shush
3 in close reach just to skip they Lou
My darling, how we parted in bliss
I'm just sorry for who ever get in all of yo shit
Like a tab that's just apart of the trip
A smoked cigar and a fifth
Torn apart from with in
I light the dark and breath in
It light a spark to the thoughts
That I jot
For a ear can you lend
Among my peers I blend in
My mind stay In the clouds
No chance of coming down
None like the height I've seen
The trail of chasing cream
Chase the money chase the Mula
Chase the cream it ain't coming to ya
Time will teach ya
The numb suffer some but the smile will lead em
