"Love Is Pain" as written by and Miranda Eleanor De Fonbrune/higgins Cooper....
What you are
What you see
It don't matter to me
It don't matter to me
What you know
What you need
It don't matter to me
Just be faithful to me

When you kno-o-ow
Turning cold
When you kno-o-ow
Turning cold (turning cold, turning cold)

First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold

What you say
What you mean
It don't matter to me
It don't matter to me
What you want
What you dream
It don't matter to me
Just be faithful to me

When you kno-o-ow
Turning cold
When you kno-o-ow
Turning cold (turning cold, turning cold)

First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold
First I saw the letter
Heard your secret code
Tellin' you walk away
What a waste, it's turning cold

[Chorus:Repeat x4]
Love is pain
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Love is pain
Oh, oh, oh, oh
You're insane
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Feel like I wipe you

Love is pain
Oh, oh, oh, oh

General Commentthis song is about not caring about what the other partner wants, all they want is for them to be faithful to them. this song has also been said to have been written about the drunken one night stand that ashley cole had which could be the reason why cheryl has been given the title in her verse.
