"All About You" as written by Daniel B. Estrin, Douglas Sean Robb and Chris Light Hesse....
Spill out my heart
But you don't hear a word
'Cause your busy thinking 'bout how long 'till it's your turn
So you can go on and on, about yourself
Go on and on, about yourself
And my heart can go back on the shelf
And go on and on, about yourself

[Chorus]
But it's not all about you,
All about you,
The more you speak the less I care about
You, you, you, you!
It's not all about you, the world turns without you
The more you speak, the less I care about you, you, you!

Whatever I do, you've already done
Only you've done it better and way before anyone
'Cause you think, that it's some game to win
You think, that it's some game to win
Accomplishments and places been
You think, that it's some game to win

[Chorus]

Care about you, you

Go on and on and on about yourself,
Go on and on and on about yourself,
The places that you go,
The places that you've been,
Why can't you see no one cares about you

It's not all about you,
The more you speak the less I care about
You, you, you, you!
It's not all about you, the world turns without you
The more you speak, the less I care about you, you, you!
Care about you!

General Commenti never really liked hoobastank.
but i just bought their newest album.
and i went through the songs,
and so far this is the only one i kinddd of like.
i'll grow on it though i guess.

General CommentI think this is about someone who has told someone else, probably a person they trust or have been told to trust, their feelings and they were ignored and that someone else made them feel inferior.

General CommentThis song reminds me a lot of my ex. Like the song, all she cared about was herself and never was really interested in what was going on in my life or anyone else's. Hence the reason why I broke up with her. I have been a huge fan of Hoobastank since they came out at around '02 and the new album isn't bad but this is the best song on the album I think! It also gets my aggression out whenever my ex pops into my head, I just listen to the song and it makes me realize that it isn't worth it!

General CommentThe song is about an self centered narcissist's friend who is finally sick of their self centered attitude. It could be about a relationship but the lyrics paint another picture "You think that it's a game to win, of accomplishments made and places been". It's about a super competitive and self centered person, it's a friend's inner monologue of "Why am I friends with this person?"
