All of my days are blending into one lonely night
I keep hoping that you're on your way over but I'm probably losing sight
Just when I started to feel good
You called me up on the phone
Askin' how I've been and what am I doin'
and I say, "Nothing much at all. In fact, I haven't really been home."
I've been wandering around x4
You know I couldn't love you more
But I'm sure you've heard it all before
I've been wandering around x3
I've been wandering
I've been wandering around x4
Around
All of my days are blending...

General Commentthis song is just simple. i really love jason. i'm very fond of his movies and now his music.
i think, this song is just about him loving somebody, but they aren't around and they just forget about him for whatever the reason is. he still loves them, but tries giving up and pushing them out of his mind. however though just when he's about to completely forget the person calls him up for some reason. then he remembers and he doesn't really know how to react so he just says he's been around. he's wandering caue he doesn't know what else to do and he's trying to forget.
at least i think, this is what it means just because i'm in a situation at the moment like this. i can relate to it with the way i interpent it.
lovely song. lovely sound. i'm really happy with it. it's not surprising to me that he does indie music.

General CommentI really like this song. To me, its about a person who is just trying to forget someone, not because he wants to, but because he feels as if the person has already forgotten about him; whether it is a direct perception or simply based on the fact that the person has drifted away and has had little communication with him. he's obviously hurt by the situation, and has been just living life day to day trying to get over the person. just when he starts to think life is getting better and the thoughts of said person are becoming less, the person calls him out of the blue. this is both a curse and a blessing; of course he's happy she's called him, but yet again, the pain is coming back and he's left in that cycle of trying to get over her again. i can def relate.
