Sun down Sun up
I speak in sarcasm to relate to all the things I appreciate
I lie in rhythm to open doors I follow suit and just want more
My reputation is the same its been and I don't care what happens
I read the book so I know the end
I've probably said too much
But I've never felt more accomplished
I'm losing sleep
I'm losing friends
I've got a love hate love
With the city I'm in
I'll count the hours
Having just one wish
If I'm doing fine
There's no point to this.

General Commenti think this song is about the reassurance issue. like a battle within yourself to come to the reality that youre going to be ok, although you may always worry you know its just in your head.

My InterpretationI think the song is about why he choses to write and the way he goes about it. He writes about what troubles him.

General CommentI think this song is trying to say that ge is just going through the motions now. Everything he does still makes him feel hollow but if he doesn't care anymore. He doesn't see a point in trying to be happy if there's just misery that follows it.
