"Project Wakeup" as written by and Brent Allen Jimmy Gregerson....
Don't make me say this twice
You know I'm right
It's time
It's time to wake up
I can't stress this enough

You stare at me like I don't care
I just don't want to fall asleep To another nightmare
To another nightmare

Whatever helps you sleep

I don't have any intentions
Of spinning you from this direction
So live on and don't ask any questions

You say that everything's okay,
But is everything really okay?
I don't think that everything's okay

You stare at me like I don't care
I just don't want to fall asleep To another nightmare
To another nightmare

No
The revolution is now

Song MeaningI believe this song is about corruption in the government and things of that nature. I know that members of the band have seen the documentary zeitgeist and at the end of the film it says "the revolution is now" which is the ending to this song.

"It's time, it's time to Wake up! I can't stress this enough" Is basically saying people need to wakeup and realize what's going on.

"I don't have any intentions of spinning you to this direction so live on and don't ask any questions" this part is about people who don't care whats going on and that they will just keep living there lives being oblivious to what's going on since they don't ask questions.

"you say that everything's ok but is everything really ok? I don't think that everything's ok." is just saying that you think everything is okay with the world but they know that everything isn't okay

"Whatever helps you sleep" is basically saying believe whatever you want to believe if it helps you

This song is one of my favorite songs off the album =D and if you have no idea what zeitgeist is you should definitely go watch it.. just go to Google videos and type it in... I could be absolutely wrong lol but it just seemed like it couldn't be a coincidence that they have watched the documentary and that they film and this song both end by saying "the revolution is now".

General CommentIt is about waking up the world to what is going on in modern society and what needs to be done for this world to wake up and finally reaize.
And yes, some of the lyrics were derrived from lines in zeitgeist.

General CommentIt seems to me that something bad happened, but someone else is telling whoever is talking that's it's really not that bad.
"You know I'm right" and "Whatever helps you sleep" makes me think that the other person is lying to themselves. Whatever happened really is bad, and they need to "wake up" and realize that they're wrong.
When he says "I don't have any intentions of spinning you in this direction," he's saying that he won't actually tell the other person out loud that they're wrong. I think he wants them to figure it out for themselves.
    That's all I've got though.
