if you want i could go
there's no need for me to stay and be a burden
if you love me let me know
there's no need for me to sit here and wonder

i spent the whole night by myself
wondering who you talk to who you tell
i spent the whole night waiting for you to call me

i don't know the meaning of love
but i know the meaning of fear
what will i do when that day comes
and i don't have you here

i spent the whole night by myself
wondering who you talk to who you tell
i spent the whole night waiting for you to call me

i spent the whole night by myself
wondering who you talk to who you tell
i spent the whole night waiting for you to call me

General CommentThis is about a girl who is questioning her boyfriends love for her. She feels like his affections for her have faded. she wishes he would just tell her about her intentions for her. She waited up for him just wondering where he was/who he was with/whether or not he cares for her anymore. She is scared to be left alone. She hopes he loves her as well as she loves him.

On a side note, I like Jessica Lea Mayfield because she is very open with her feelings, even the less than perfect ones. She doesn't care to show her neuroticisms/obsessions/desperate feelings off, and I love that.

General CommentI think this song is about losing your virginity to your guy friend. And it was just a casual fling but you seemed to have fallen for him. And fear that you'll lose him if you tell him because you don't want to seem clingy. So you just sit there and wonder if he told anyone about you two being together.
