My Love I will hold on to your touch
Until there's nothing left of us
.... save you from this life

And the cold depths of the rocky clutch
Won't take away our love
.... save you from this life

and I'll hold ..... I'll hold on to your touch
'til there's nothing left of us
.... save you from this life

I'll hold ..... I'll hold on to your touch
'til they find the bones of us
.... save you from this life

And under the rubble of the mountain that tumbled
I'll hold you forever
I'll hold you forever

And under the rubble of the mountain that tumbled
I'll hold you forever
I'll hold you forever

They'll build up another on the bodies of our brothers
I'll love you forever

Song MeaningIt's about the Frank, Alberta rockslide that buried a town when it imploded on itself from over-mining. Google it.

General CommentCould it be "save you from this slide"? It would make more sense.

Saw them at Sled 2009, stole the show.

General CommentThe vocals are so emotive and melancholic that there's this force that is capable of taking you somewhere else if you let it. It's sad to think that the people who got caught in the rubble only died because of how they were conditioned to act towards their surroundings. Through telling this tragic tale of the landslide the song actually tells a much deeper story that is extremely relevant to what the whole world is constantly going through. Such a beautiful song.
