"The Canals Of Our City" as written by and Zach Condon....
Walls gone over the sea
But not for me
Watch now, all will end

Now all that I'm, under a tide
Now I'm, under a tide

Tall hair under it all
Much more than I once had
Over seas

General CommentIt's about time I gave back to songmeanings by posting these almost impossible to decipher lyrics. Thanks to SophieEllen2911 on Youtube for the help.

General CommentPretty sure it should be "tell her I undid it all/ended it all" rather than "tall hair under it all"

Lyric Correctionin line 6, i'm pretty sure it's "tall HERE under it all"
    this ties up my interpretation:
"Walls gone up over the seas" --- new colonies in an over seas land
    "But not for me
    Watch now all will end
Now all that i'm under a tide
Now i'm under a tide" --- his ship to this new land sank
    "Tall here under it all
much more than i once had
over seas" --- he feels like he's "on top" of this water world below him. and that, as he's drowning, he has more than he ever did on land
