Your love is extravagant
Your friendship, it is intimate
I feel I'm moving to the rhythm of Your grace
Your fragrance is intoxicating in the secret place
Cause Your love is extravagant

Spread wide in the arms of Christ there's a love that covers sin
No greater love have I ever known; You considered me a friend
Capture my heart again

Your love is extravagant
Your friendship, it is intimate
I feel I'm moving to the rhythm of Your grace
Your fragrance is intoxicating in the secret place
Your love is extravagant

Spread wide in the arms of Christ there's a love that covers sin
No greater love have I ever known; You considered me a friend
Spread wide in the arms of Christ there's a love that covers sin
No greater love have I ever known; You considered me a friend
Capture my heart again

Your love is extravagant
Your friendship, it is intimate

General CommentI disagree. I think it's a close minded way of thinking that songs with Jesus would be better substituted for a significant other and vice versa.

A song is written for a reason, and there is no reason to change anything about it.

General CommentI agree with jordaned. If it means something to him thats why he wrote about it in the first place.

My OpinionAs with most songs about mentioning Jesus, it would be better if it was associated with a girl (/ significant other).

General CommentFirst of all, Shazaam - what an ignorant comment. Songs are generally better when they mean something to the person who wrote it or performs it, not to a fan they don't even know.

Second, this is a cover song. I'm pretty sure it was written by Casting Crowns, and it is a praise and worship song.
