Forget all the rules, forget everything
You took my name out of schools
I take back my blessings
How can I bless the things I don’t believe in? Isn't right
Remember whose plan it is, Mine

You hate, you’re fake, you take away from me
Lie, don’t try to make things right
Earthquakes will shake to wake you up again
Cry, ask why I don’t protect your nation now

My rain is pouring down
You’re welcome to drink
Just follow your heart, And try not to think
I’ll relieve you from gut-wrenching
Torture in your soul
But first you have to die to yourself, now

You hate, you’re fake, you take away from me
Lie, don’t try to make things right
Earthquakes will shake to wake you up again
Cry, ask why I don’t protect your nation now

You’ll be so sorry then, you’ll wish you were forgiven
Quaking, shaking, earth quaking, shaking
Earth quaking, shaking, earth quaking, shaking
Earth quaking, shaking
Shake! Shake!
Quake! Quake!
Shake! Shake!
Quake! Quake!
Shake! Shake!
Quake! Quake!
Shake! Shake!
Quake! Quake!
Buildings are crashing down, just look around and see

You hate, you’re fake, you take away from me
Lie, don’t try to make things right
Earthquakes will shake to wake you up again
Cry, ask why I don’t protect your nation now
Cry, ask why I don’t protect your nation now

Link(s)I agree that God's judgment will come, but I also think that we have be careful not to label every natural disaster as a judgment from God. Some of the natural disasters that have already occurred have been labeled as "God's judgment". However, it does not make too much sense for people to say that when there are CHRISTIANS being killed in some of these disasters, of whom the Bible says "God did not appoint us to wrath" (1 Thessalonians 5:9). As I said, I do believe that God's judgment will come, and anyone who would like a confirmation of that can check out the following radio series on my website....

However, I don't think we should speak of natural disasters as God's judgment unless they are occurring during the tribulation period since those are the coming disasters which the Bible has clearly described as judgment from God. Otherwise we are just speculating, and that is not helpful for the cause of Christ.

Anyway, I found it odd how part of this song says, "just follow your heart" when the Bible clearly states that "the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings" (Jeremiah 17:9-10).

The fact that people are ALREADY following their hearts rather than seeking God is why his judgment will come in the first place, but the humanistic thinking that is rampant within the professing church in our day is just a reflection of the end times apostasy that is foretold in the Bible. Anyone who would like some info on that subject can check out the following article titled "Revival or Apostasy?"

We are indeed headed for God's judgment. And sadly, it is also going to come on many who believe that they are Christians.
