We used to make love in the shower
I'd bend you over the bathroom sink
You'd tell me to wash myself clean
Because i'd still have your stink

i used to sneak you into my bed
Just to sleep side by side
and then wake early in the morning
to go to school and sneak you back outside

We once had honesty
If only just for a bit
And maybe you would if you could
But I wouldn’t change
Any of it
We would talk about nothing
And know the hours were well spent
I loved every single moment
But I could’ve been better at
Showing it, so...

Close your eyes babe
Say good night babe
Close your eyes
Don’t try
To hug me
Close your eyes babe
Say good night babe
Close your eyes
Whisper that you love me

I hope it all works out
And that it’s better than we were
But if anyone ever asks me
I wouldn’t deny that I’m in love with her
But you won’t hear it from directly
We have to face this fact with honesty
I just wasn’t giving what you were wanting, no...

Close your eyes babe
Say good night babe
Close your eyes
Imagine me
Making your heart beat
Close your eyes babe
Say good bye babe
Close your eyes
I can tell
You love me

I can tell you love me
Still...
I can tell
You love me

My OpinionIt means that I know two pharmacist assistants, one named Monique and the other named Ashley. I have a recording of a Sammy Cahn-James Van Heusen composition entitled "Monique" and transfeered Frank Sinatra's recording of it onto a CD for her........she was thrilled

Yesterday, while picking up prescriptions. the subject came up and the head pharmacist said "Now you have to come up with a song for Ashley" so I said that I'd see what I can do.

After reading the lyric here to "A Song For Ashley", I don't believe it would care to share them with her. Best I try to wrote a song about her myself.
