You'll wait it out
Force is not the same
I bought ya
This world will explode
Into numb, one deal owned

Pray for your sons and your daughters
You didn't refuse
We'll the first one, weak arms
Right or wrong(right or wrong)
First off we'll dance when we dance
The last one we fault, the first one we kill...(the last one we fault, the first one we kill...)

Forsee her
Thats what we've done with your head
Your begging for papa
We're safer but
We wash our hands in death
End me
When we fall...

He'll go, feel it grow
We may not be the ones
Feel it go, feel like we know
We move around
We'll pay
We protest
We'll pawn off war
We protest...

We all hit the floor
Right or wrong
You're such a fool
Ignorance at its best

We are at war
Ignorance isn't bliss
We are lied to you suckers
Everyone

This is not a joke
In the end
All suffer
For what we've done

Liars

We all suffer...

General CommentWhile my modicum of intellect may not be able to compete with the savants on songmeanings.net; the meaning seems fairly clear to me.

Obviously politically driven, and seems to be about the Bush years, and how Americans will pay for the administrations mistakes and corruption for years to come... It's reflective at times too. Seems to go back and forth. Question and answer shit.

Kick fucking ass song too. Her voice is phenomenal.

General CommentOk. I know a lot of people who read this are going to be upset by what I say. And I know some will agree.

In all honesty this song means nothing. As all of their songs do. Sure, to them, there's probably a meaning. And in a sense, that's what music is all about. But for a song to actually be "good" (and I use that term strictly because I can't think of a better one at 5 AM), for the listener as well as the artist/performer, the listener must also be able to relate to it. These lyrics are random. No rhyme or reason.

Much like the band's style, which is all well and good. You can still do much better than this. Come on.

I will say this, the band itself is actually pretty good, but the vocalist, who I have to assume writes most of the lyrics (I haven't been able to find if she does or not for sure, but just assume she does) is more of a hindrance to the band than an asset. Sure she can scream. She's completely unintelligible, which is really up to listener preference, when it comes to metal or other music for that matter. But the biggest problem comes when she starts singing. She's still unintelligible. And you can tell she goes out of her way to not enunciate the words.

And I think its partly because she/they like it as a gimmick, that their lyrics are unintelligible. Wow, that makes you cool. Its like the artist who just throws paint on the canvas to be unique. All you're doing is just begging for attention. She's an attention whore.

And they're riding the wave of attention they're getting. Eating it up like any other attention whore would. And as all fads do, they will fade.

And I know, I know. Some of you'll say you relate to the lyrics. Sure, fine. Go for it. I won't insult you. Like what you like. But look at these lyrics and tell me there's any actual lyrical art to this. And no, I'm not saying there has to be alliteration, rhyming, or even pattern to lyrics. There should be meaning, though. Understandable meaning. And as I said, I'm sure it does to them. Which is all well and good. But for it to be considered a "good" song, that meaning should be communicable.

General CommentUnrealsKY , you do realized it's Grindcore... right???? I mean seriously are you that dumb? Krysta is amazing! The you obviously know nothing about the scene and that's why you don't understand. So keep your mouth shut until unless you know something about the scene. As for calling her an attention whore... Who the hell are you? for one if thats all it was i bet she would be doing something different, grindcore is not the most known of genres. I understand that everyone has their own opinion, i get that. But you really shouldn't say anything unless you actually know something about the subject, you'll jus make yourself look like an idiot. Thats it for my rant

General CommentWell you guys all say this doesn't make any sense but to me it kinda looks like an anti-war/anti-government song.

"Pray for your sons & your daughters
    You didn't refuse
We'll the first one, weak arms
    Right or wrong(right or wrong)
First off we'll dance when we dance
The last one we fault, the first one we kill...(the last one we fault, the first one we kill...)"

The parents children going out to war and they didn't stop them from doing so.

    "We all hit the floor
    Right or wrong
    Youre such a fool
    Ignorance at it's best"

No matter who thinks they're right, in war everybody dies and they're calling people fools for even trying to win.

    "He'll go, feel it grow
We may not be the ones
Feel it go, feel like we know
    We move around
    We'll pay
    We protest
    We'll pawn off war
    We protest..."

People going out to war and the public protesting against it, knowing they'll pay in the end.

Idk I could be just making something out of nothing but thats what it looks like to me at least.

General CommentGuys, this is an Avante Garde metal group. Everything they do is experimental. Like in the video having a retarded workout session while soloing on balloon guitars lol. Like wtf? And the weird car horn in the background before they get back into the song. Point is, they aren't trying to be serious. If they were, they would probably not name their band iwrestledabearonce. And that song probably wouldn't be called Tastes Like Kevin Bacon. They sound pretty crappy when they wail because that's what they do. They're having fun. And I want to point out that what they do is experimental. Go onto YouTube and find the interview with them. They specifically ask if she was on drugs when writing her music. She said she never did, but she tries psychadelic an spiritual experiments. Like flipping the lights on and off over and over again while she was writing. She also took a bunch of different baths, cold and warm. Anyway, they're just being weird. You wanna listen to a weirder band, listen to the mars volta. And tell me if they're attention whores.

My InterpretationCome on, guys. You can't come in here and spout shit about the music cause you don't like the band members as people.
The song's most definitely about war. I want to add a couple things to tylrcffmn's interpretation.

You'll wait it out: We're going in and there's nothing you can do but watch and wait.
Force is not the same: It's a one-sided fight.
I bought ya: He (Bush?) made you agree with him.
    This world will explode
Into numb, one deal owned: We lose our innocence and emotion, but one person wins.

Pray for your sons & your daughters
You didn't refuse: To the parents.
We'll the first one, weak arms: We'll annilihate them.
Right or wrong(right or wrong): It doesn't matter which cause we're winning.
First off we'll dance when we dance: Dancing=fighting, or victory.
The last one we fault, the first one we kill...: Go in, kill them all, blame the ones remaining.

    Forsee her: ?
Thats what we've done with your head: Again, Bush has made everyone think his way.
Your begging for papa: The soldiers themselves are scared, goes with the 'sons and daughters' part.
    We're safer but
We wash our hands in death: They're made to think that killing is the only way to defend their country.
    End Me
    When we fall...: Gonn' die.

He'll go, feel it grow: It gets worse after Bush leaves.
We may not be the ones
Feel it go, feel like we know: We might not see it end, but it will.
    We move around
    We'll pay
    We protest
    We'll pawn off war
We protest...: We oppose it but we're profiting from it.

We all hit the floor: Everyone dies
Right or wrong: Whether or not they're the good guys.
    Youre such a fool
Ignorance at it's best: You got played.

    We are at war
Ignorance isn't bliss: It's All Happening whether or not you want to acknowledge it.
We are lied to you suckers
    Everyone

    This is not a joke
    In the end
    All suffer
    For what we've done

    Liars

    We all suffer...

I seriously cannot believe that anyone couldn't see the barest hint of meaning to these words.

I love a lyricist who can get their message across without being completely blunt about it. Sucks for you if you fail to recognize her talent.

As for the band's style, (they make me wish I had a second penis to jack) I'm not gonna waste time defending it against people who fail to see the beauty in grindcore, experimentation, and just plain hilarity.

General Commenti agree with the first two people. good band.
actually, amazing band. alot like BMTH.
but they really need to have some meaning in the lyrics. even if lyrics are confusing, they still have some kind of meaning, even if it has man different meanings, its still fine.

this is complete nonsense. almost as if they write different sections, while each section has a meaning, and then throw randomness together.

even though they lyrics are impossible to understand while your listening to them, or reading them, girl has an awesome scream.
