"I Love You" as written by and Ben Esser....
I love you,
you.
But I don't know how to tell you that..
x5

How to describe all these feelings I'm feeling.
Love can be draining like internal bleeding.
How do I tell you that I'm breaking in half,
when love is no excuse for bad art.

I love you.
But I don't know how to tell you that..
x4

How do I know that you're not being misleading?
Love can be dangerous like a fire in your kitchen.
You bring me up then you tear me apart.
Still, love is no excuse for bad art.

I'd cut off an ear for you.
You'd think I'm weird,
but it's true.
I know my art,
I'll prove you wrong
And this is not another pointless love song.

I love you,
you.
But I don't know how to tell you that..
x15

Tainted syllables.
Are not what I'm meaning.
I wish I could find the words.
To tell you how Im feeling.
Oh, these cold and tainted syllables.
Are not what I'm meaning.
I wish I could find the words.
To tell you how I'm feeling.
Oh, these cold and tainted syllables.
Are not what I'm meaning.
I wish I could find the words.
To tell you how I'm feeling.

General CommentI think it's all correct except for the line that's written out "I'd come in, offer you". That's not right, I am almost positive it's "I'd cut off an ear for you" (you know, like Van Gogh infamously did for a prostitute he was in love with). That's why right after he sings "You think I'm weird, but it's true". :)
