"When I Wake" as written by and John Tyler Ramsey....
I see a pattern forming
It took the rising day
The same things keep on happening
End every morning when I wake

I see a pattern forming
After the fallen night
Everything comes back open
To find me in the fading light

Sizing the clouds as they are rolling in

And I am hardly standing up when they roll out again

Things always bottom out at night
I wonder where I've been
It's night time writes a story down
And it's the light of day
That I can read it in

I see a pattern forming
It took the rising day
The same things keep on happening
End every morning when I wake

General CommentI'm pretty positive I screwed up the lyrics in some places, so let me know where the mistakes are and I'll gladly correct them!
    Thanks :)

General CommentI *think* that the second and third to last line might be saying "it took the rising day."

After "the sizing clouds," I think the next line might be "And I am hardly standing up when they roll out again," but I'm very unsure about that one...

    And two minor changes:

"It's night time writes the story down"

"That I can read it in"

I love this song, especially the instrumentation at the end. So beautiful. To me this song is about how introspection can take over at night and cause worries and anguish that can only dismissed once the busy day starts again.
