"MIndslide" as written by and David Leslie Walls....
Every time I get to thinking my patience is shrinking, it's a mindslide
and every time I light a candle to face an angle, it's a mindslide
I wake up fine then I'm taking a tumble, it's nothing personal at all
but a mindslide don't wait to call

every time I'm closer to something the feeling is nothing to a mindslide
it's cold and dark it's a company killer, Cruella Devilla, it's a mindslide
my heart's in the song but my head's in the battle, you catch your death in the fall
'cos a mindslide don't wait to call - hey!

CHORUS:
I'd like to live in the movies where weird is totally groovy
but out in the sticks, socially it don't mix, 'cos nothing's gonna break your stride like a mindslide

take yourself away from the next one, away from the loved ones, it's a mindslide
stay resigned, you don't even choose it, so how could you lose it - it's a mindslide
I'm walking on air then I'm down on my kneesies, I got a chain and a ball
'cos a mindslide don't wait to call - hey!

CHORUS:
wish I could live in the movies where weird is totally groovy
and maybe I'll stay out of everyone's way, 'cos nothing's gonna rape your pride like a mindslide

try to make sense out of something uneven, it'll have you lickin' the walls
'cos a mindslide don't wait to call (x3)

General CommentGreat song, but no comments? Nevermind. Think this is a reflection of Ginger's drug problems maybe him submitting to the addiction then realising afterwards what has happened and feeling ashamed/pissed off.

General CommentYeah, its about drug use and its effect on the individual. Similar in content to 'Moodswings and Roundabouts'.
