"Visions" as written by and Robert Swire Thompson....
Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control
I'm gonna be a fucking superstar

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control
I'm gonna be a fucking superstar

Well it's not too much to ask of you, baby
It's not too much to ask
It's not too much to ask of you, baby
Why don't you come around, come around, come around, come around

Just leave this place
So no-one's a flat age
Just leave this place
We are going to turn things around

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control
I'm gonna be a fucking superstar

Well it's not too much to ask of you, baby
It's not too much to ask
It's not too much to ask of you, baby
Why don't you come around, come around, come around, come around

Just leave this place
So no-one's a flat age
Just leave this place
We are going to turn things around

Well everyday you come say its alright
You come say it, you say that its alright
Drowning but you can't breathe the air to save you
At this point you're right

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control

Change your Visions, give us a sound
Keep your ears to the ground
Lost your mind, and out of control

General CommentI was pretty sure it was "fuck you up your asshole baby, fuck you up the ass" insead of "it's not too much to ask". Even after listening again, I still think so.

General Comment"well every day you come and say its alright,
you come say it - say that its alright.
they're telling me that you can't breathe the air,
and they save you - but this will make it right."

General CommentThis was the first song that they started working on, on in silico. apparently they started a week after they did the voodoo people remix. not that thats of any relevance to the song. i wouldn't know where to start on the meaning at all, i know that posting possible corrections to lyrics is frowned upon, but to me it sounds like the opening line says

'keep your visions, change the sound'

i'm probably wrong and your man has got it right up top.

General CommentQuite the opposite, i welome any corrections, i found these lyrics on a site, and at that time it was the only site which had the lyrics to visions, there are a few more now, which have corrected me also, well done, i shall correct the lyrics =)

General CommentI've been TRYING to figure out those lyrics that you don't have on here, which starts at 4.23, two sentences worth.

It's driving me CRAZY, and this is all I've managed to come up with:

Now everyday come and stay? to light up, save air/them, save them to ?
Telling me that you can't breathe the air and to save you, at this point you're right (your eyes?)

It's definitely not correct, but it's something that maybe someone else can add to? D: I'm mentally exhausted haha.

    My Interpretation^Almost what I hear!

    This is what I got:

    4:23

"Now everyday come and sing me to life
Come sing me, come sing me to life
Telling me you can't breathe the air to save you
    At this point, you're right"

My OpinionThis is what I've gathered, it's probably not right but it's the best I can do!

    ---

Every day, come and say that it's alright to stay there
    Say that it's alright
Telling me that you can't breathe the air to save you
    You pissed away the right

General CommentThis is what I hear. I thought that the last line didn't make sense/could've been something else but that's what I got every time.

Well everyday you come say its alright
You come say it, you say that its alright
Drowning but you can't breathe the air to save you
    At this point you're right

The meaning? This song reminds me of the demands of superstardom. And how people change to their record company/fans/

The meaning? This song reminds me of the demands of superstardom."changing your visions" and following the demands of what's hot now. "Giving us a sound" that we like and can overexploit. "Keep your ears to the ground" you're music style gonna sink to the low standards of pop music these days. It also seems to talk about how people easily are convinced to change to fit their record company's/fans'/demands ("its not too much to ask of you baby, why don't you come around...etc") and how you can "lose your mind" while going through this crazy life. And with that missing verse, at least my version seems like the "you" is trying to convince everyone (and themself) that they like this "new them" but they now can't get out of it and everyone else knows that this person screwed up and will never be the same.
