"Leave Yourself For Somebody Else" as written by and Alexander Greenwald....
All these winter days barely go by
All the light has gone I don't know why
Now I need a friend to do me right
Or right on in

You need a helping hand to hold
To lead you out to take control!

[Chorus]
Come and visit
Leave yourself for somebody else
'Cause I'm a prison
Leave yourself for somebody else

When your heart beats under your skin
This time don't be so afraid of losing it!
Now I need a friend to cut me out
And color me in

You need a helping hand to hold
To lead you out to take control!

[Chorus]

You want out I can tell
Leave yourself for somebody else

You need a helping hand to hold
To lead you out to take control!

[Chorus]

You want out I can tell
Leave yourself for somebody else
Well, we've all been there and it's hell
So, leave yourself for somebody else

General CommentI believe its about someone talking to a friend telling them to leave the relationship their because its bad and that friend is their to help them out of it, but that friend also wants to start their own relationship with the other friend?
