The ugly naked truth she starves me of my youth
I stand alone untill you catch on
I swear it's not by choice, but Ana has this voice
It's calls me down, it gives me purpose
And it's allright, I'm allright I want to be okey
I've seen it before this eye soar, it's me. Me.

I will not be hurt by this confining skin
That I so reluctantly live in
My worth is measured sourly according to the scale
I get heavy, I feel frale
And it's allright, I'm allright I want to be okey
I've seen it before this eye soar, it's me. Me.

General CommentIt's about maria's battle with anorexia.
It describes what she feels and what she sees with her illness.

General CommentThese lyrics are full of mistakes.
It's not "It's calls me down", but "it calms me down".
    It's not "
I will not be hurt by this confining skin", but "I want out from under this confining skin".
It's not "My worth is measured sourly according to the scale
I get heavy, I feel frale"
but: "My worth is measured solely according to the scale
    I am heavy, I feel frail. "

I might have missed some mistakes, there are so many of them.

And yes, of course, this song is about her battle with anorexia. Pretty damn obvious. What I love about it is that she manages to sing about something so dark, devastating, ugly and to some degree taboo in such a beautiful and non-complaining way. No clichés, no boo hoo - pity me's.. Simple, clean, beautiful.
