Your voice lifts my spirits,
To a height once held by gods.
Your silence sparks my dialogue.
Empty words with subtle weapons.

Do we speak in tongues to taste something?
Or is it to convince ourselves that we know more than we do?

(I feel my stomach turning inside out)
All I know, Is I know nothing.
It would be naive to think that i'm not still learning.

I think this song embraces spirituality while criticizing religion. I have emailed this band on a few occasions to ask questions and they have emailed me back very quickly, just goes to show that they are very down to earth and they seemed to really appreciated my support. I asked if they are a Christian band and one of the members said "while our singer is a Christian, we are not a Christian band, I do feel that the if everyone followed most of the Christian ideas of love, our world would be a better place". Not those exact words but basically what he was trying to tell me. You can see some spirituality in the lyrics "Your voice lifts my spirits to a height once held by gods" I think he may be very well be talking about God but then it could just be about someone who really inspires him. The lines "Do we speak in tongues to taste something? Or is it to convince ourselves that we know more than we do?" definitely seem to criticize those who put on a show in the name of Religion to make others and them selfs think that they are more knowledgeable/religious than they really our. Speaking in tongues is supposed to be a gift from God that takes over your body/mind to the point where you don't know what you are saying and have no control over what you are saying. Yet many people pretend to do it by forcing themselves to do it in front of other people and that is extremely bogus. But even after criticizing religion the lyrics are humble enough to state "All I know, Is I know nothing. It would be naive to think that i'm not still learning." Basically admitting that they don't know everything either and they are still growing and learning just like everyone else. Even though this isn't a Christian band, it definitely seems they are trying to send a positive message rather than just sounding angry. I love this band and I look forward to them coming to the US. I know they are going to be very big very soon. And I am so happy to be able to say that I have communicated with them while they still have plenty of time for their fans.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
