"A Mountain so Big, a Question so Small" as written by Brian Mcternan, Nicholas Ray Maldonado, Marc Christopher Kohlbry, Tanner Lee Sparks, Chad Daniel Ackerman and Duane David Reed....
Another child is born into this pain, and the unfortunate die slow. Who do we blame? Give our fingers a place to go. Give us a name that you know, they know, we know. A God we can't see is barking orders. A thought and a dream is more as it seems. As children play in the street, children are also crying. As they choose what to eat, children are also dying. One question started off, and now there is more. Are answers found in hats of thorns? What is the point? He's given us all a choice. We'll flip a coin, and rejoice, rejoice, and rejoice! The drowning are asking "Who'll stop the rain? Have the angels all gone away?" The suffering is not passing. "Who will stop the pain?"

General CommentI think this is about making people realize that we are killing ourselves and our children.

'Pointing fingers' etc. Love is the answer.

General Commenti think its portraying what we all do in times of hurt. Give our fingers a place to go, a God we cant see is barking orders. Whenever we get mad or something bad hapens we immediateley blame God.

The drowning are asking, Who'll stop the rain? Have the angels all gone away? The suffering is not passing Who will stop the pain?

its like we believe once we become a Christian everything will be easy and perfect, but when something goes wrong and bad we automatically think what happened did God leave me?

General CommentI agree with good ol' Ballstothewall. I'd just like to add that they might also be saying that we blame God for our own choices.

God has no jurisdiction over free will. All of our choices are our own, God has nothing to do with it. If a child is murdered, it's because another man decided to do so. Especially if we leave our decisions to chance.

General CommentExactly. Both sides of the view of Christianity. The "saved" believe that life will be totally peachy, and the ones that do not are angry why they do not have it so easy.

But both sides do not see the other side of their possible choices. The saved will go through rough times, and the other could get help from God if they asked.

My Opinionbeing a Christian is not a a worry-free life, it's a daily fight, a struggle against the world we live in. blaming God for our foolish actions is not an answer or solution to anything. we are sinners and only can be saved if we repent and accept Christ into our hearts and lives. we must live with our choices, yes. if more people prayed to the true living God, the world would be a better place. here's a little something:
"Mark 13:13 And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved."
and "Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake.”—Matthew 24:9
the world is full of sin and is against those who follow Christ, but we must stand strong, our reward is not here on earth.
