"Calling All Skeletons" as written by and Daniel Andriano Derek Grant....
Here it is again yet it stings like the first time
Seems it never ends, double nickels on your dime
I thought we were friends, I guess it just depends who you ask
These feelings tend to leave me with a hole in my chest
A hole in my chest [Repeat: x3]

Now the time has come I just wish I could erase
All the damage done to your name and your keepsakes
It's only just begun, it's been fun, we were blind, deaf and dumb
There's a party in my closet calling all skeletons
All skeletons, calling all

[Chorus]
Where did you go as the lights went black?
Look whats become of me
I've grown to love your disappearing acts
Do one more pretty please

Now the time has come I just wish I could erase
All the damage done, all this pain, all this heartache
It's only just begun, it's been fun, we were fucked up and numb
There's a killer on the corner and he's looking for love
He's, looking for love
Yeah he's looking for (you my love)

[Chorus]

And to tell you the truth I lost my faith on you
(You gotta stop sneaking up on me)
And these unspoken lies appear at the worst times
(You gotta stop sneaking up on me)
They're hiding just behind your eyes

[Chorus]

Where did you go as the lights went black?
Look out, watch your heart attack
I thought you might as well love to see
You gotta stop sneaking up on me
You gotta stop sneaking up on me

General CommentI think he's talking about a friend who's unreliable and disappears on him all the time due to a big drug problem. He probably knew them from back in the day when he had a drug problem too so when they suddenly appear in his life again, it brings back all the skeletons in his closet.

"Seems it never ends, Double nickels on your dime" --Still buying drugs
"Theres a killer on the corner and he's looking for love" --Drug dealer looking for them

"And to tell you the truth i lost my faith in you" --He doesn't think they will beat the habit

"And these unspoken Lies appear at the worst times" --They deny it

He basically wants them to disappear again

General CommentThere's lyrics missing, at the end there's this piece:

Where did you go once the lights went black?
You nearly gave us a heart attack
We thought you might have swam out to sea
You gotta stop sneaking off on me

General CommentI think the song is about the bad mixture of comming clean, and getting closer to someone who seems to escape you. I think the reference to "skeletons in one´s closet" is talking about those aspects of you that you get to share only when you get close to someone, the acutal intimacy (not the one related with sex) but this person runs off every time something "new" shows up, everytime they get closer, this person takes a step back "I´ve grown to love your disappearing acts, do one more pretty please!" is a little sarcastic, it´s like saying make up your mind, this makes me sick, so either you like me with all of my skeletons, or you don´t like me and disappear forever.

So many times, we "fall in love" with someone and we idealize this person in our heads, when we start noticing that they are real people with flaws, we might tend to take a step back, so this guy summons all of the little things that had made the other person take that step back to really show himself, so that this person can make a final decision. Staying for him, flaws and all, of leave for good.

General Commenti think thiss song may be called 'fruit please' as it is on many youtube videos. and i think this song is just an opener for live shows, which is a petty as it is one of the best tunes i have ever heard.
i think the last line is 'silent as cathedral mice on lithium'

General CommentApparently this is actually Calling All Skeletons from the Agony & Irony album, Radio 1 played this song and the radio host named it at the end. So...
