"Desperate Times Call For Desperate Housewives" as written by and Ryan Donald/hackenson Zimmerman....
Listen up everyone,
I want you on the floor, on the floor!
When I say face the ground,
I mean on the floor, on the floor!

Yeah, this is a hold up
So listen up while I wave my gun
Yeah, this is a hold up
Be patient 'cause I'm really new at this.
Be patient, I'm just so sensitive.
What's the story?
I want the headlines.
What's the story?
I want the headlines.
I'll be on the news tonight.

Once again everyone,
I want you on the floor, on the floor!
I think we all know the drill,
Just stay on the floor, on the floor!
Yeah, this is a hold up
So listen up while I wave my gun
Yeah, this is a hold up
Be patient 'cause I'm really new at this
Be patient, I'm just so sensitive
What's the story?
I want the headlines.
What's the story?
I want the headlines.
I'll be on the news tonight.

Yeah, this is a hold up
So listen up while I wave my gun
Yeah, this is a hold up
So listen up while I wave my gun

Desperate times,
Call for desperate measures
Call for desperate measures
Call for desperate measures

Be patient 'cause I'm really new at this
Be patient, I'm just so sensitive
What's the story?
I want the headlines.
What's the story?
I'll be on the news tonight.

General Commenti think it's about a desperate housewife taking a bank hostage, possibly because she only wants to be heard and be on the evening news.

General CommentI think it's about a housewife wanting to do something different from her everyday, predictable routine.
Obviously, holding up people is exciting and unpredictable, and it gets your adrenaline pumping.
She probably hasn't had many super exciting moments, or hasn't been paid much attention to. Her job is to clean, cook, take care of kids, etc., but she wants so much more than that.
She wants attention, and she took it to the extreme by holding up people and getting on the news.

General CommentThis song has the ability to get pretty stale, but holy holy hell at 1:50 where that buildup starts into the breakdown.. damn. that is one monster breakdown. like seriously. i think they should have just skipped the next twenty seconds after that ha it would have been much more awesome
