I hate the stench of coffee on your breath
And I hate to feel it's warmth against my neck
And what right do you have to have nightmares about me
When all I wanted was to sleep?

We have to take the car 'cause the bike's on fire
We cannot trust your friends 'cause they were born liars
And ifyou don't exist with hearts the size of a house brick
Cease, and desist!

I left your shallow skin and a note on your kitchen sideboard
It read "I have left you, please never try to find me"
This is no existential crisis, just turn your pain into piety
And then set your alarm clock for 4am the next morning

We have to take the car 'cause the bike's on fire
We cannot trust your friends 'cause they were born liars
And if you you don't exist with hearts the size of a house brick
Cease, and desist!

This is how you spell 'HAHAHA, I've destroyed the hopes and the dreams of a generation of faux-romantics". And I'm pleased, I'm pleased.

You walk in from your mother's balcony
Panda-eyed and freezing cold
You bury yourself in my chest to warm
I notice the goosebumps on your arms, millions
And whether it's because of the numbers of hours spent laid facedown on my bed listening to white noise, or, well, obviously it's not, I somehow manage to translate them from braille

The trails on your skin spoke more to me than the reams and reams of half finished novels you'd leave lying all over the place
And every quotation that'd dribble from your mouth like a final, fatal livejournal entry
I know
I am wrong
I am sorry

We have to take the car 'cause the bike's on fire
We cannot trust your friends 'cause they were born liars
And if you you don't exist with hearts the size of a house brick
Cease, and desist!

This is how you spell "HAHAHA I've destroyed the hopes and dreams of a generation of faux-romantics". And I'm pleased, I'm pleased.

General CommentI love the talking bits.
They're so amazing, the bit about translating goosebumps from braille.

General CommentThe talking part is him breaking up with the girl. He feels bad, but is doing what is right for him.

General Comment''Living my life through the internet, as I do, I'm aware of a lot of people who behave like the female character in this song. It's about my annoyance at the type of person who paints his or herself as a lost soul, or a poet, and spends their time cultivating a faux air of feyness or vulnerability which is essentially a method of seduction.
The narrator in this is the male character from 'The International Tweexcore Underground', getting his shit together and dumping his annoying, posh girlfriend.
I know it's a stupidly long title, but it acts as a good test to see which people are morons, depending on whether they reference it as being 'Fall Out Boy-esque' or 'Ballboy or Ten Grand-esque'.
I like doing spoken word bits because then I'm not even pretending I think I can sing.''

General CommentI particularly love the opening lines, "I hate the stench of coffee on your breath..." because I used to date a girl who absolutely loved coffee and I could never stand the smell.
An excellent song, really, one of my favorites.

My OpinionFrom the lyric, I don't like the song, but listening to the music, yes I like it. I think this song is full of hatred about their ex. This song is perfect for the people that feel broken heart. Btw, I love coffee, but I never like the smell. Same like this song. He-he. Uhm, may I ask you a favor, folks? Do you know what
