Sometimes it's hard to get better or cry.
I have been writing this letter in my mind.
And don't get emotional, it's beautiful.
Listen, i'll tell you a secret.
If I should ever feel like going home
I'd jump so I could fly.
I'd be one, with every piece of sand,
with every mountain high.
Don't tell me I'm wrong
and had it break your heart,
because that's just the way I feel.
yeah
I love it here, but I don't belong here
and it's been clear for awhile.
Will be clear.
End of all the fights.
From the dark,
into the light.
From the dark,
into the light.
Goodbye.
Goodbye.

    My OpinionBeautiful, beautiful song.
I strongly feel it sings about a breakup, after the tears and fears, a bright future comes again.

    Goodbye dark...
    Goodbye tears...

    Into the light.

General CommentThis is such a simple yet beautiful song. Knowing Kerli's philosophy from many of her videos, I believe she is addressing the whole idea of her soul being an old soul. She's been put on Earth to do something, and although she loves it here, she doesn't quite feel like she belongs. She states that if she should ever "feel like going home," should she ever want to leave Earth to return to the origin of her soul she'd jump so she "could fly. Basically she's saying that if she wanted to end her Earth life she'd do it by jumping off of something high up so she her soul could fly away in the air before her body returns back to Earth. The reason she says "don't get emotional" is because she doesn't want anyone to mourn over her, because she will be leaving a world of dark and conflict for a place of light and peace. It's kind of a morbidly beautiful view of the song, but that's what I got out of it
