We’d awake on Easter day
One death, one life, that how it plays
And she would dance on people’s graves
But it’s just a name; it’s just a name

And I know it’s to see
If you can fit into me
This time your not that wrong
I just hate to hear it in a song

And time passed for equal hearts
Three months away from better starts
And she would laugh at your good heart
But it’s just a start; it’s just a start

And I wanna see it
I wanna rock right from your tree
I wanna be here
I wanna taste what I can’t see

The city rings, an awkward step
No shape to bring, no love for death
A week passed with every part
But it’s just a brain and it’s just a heart

And I wanna see it
I wanna rock right from your tree
I wanna be here
I wanna taste what I can’t see

I wanna be here
I wanna rock right from your tree
I wanna see it
I want to take what I must need

General CommentOne Death One Life... all that is about Easter and Jesus' life. I think thats when all religious references stop. To Me this song is about someone that you want to be with Is in your grasp and you make the grab for it and get it.
