Another, Aye
Another time I call you
All them feelings come out
You hang up feeling sour now
Aye, So I try to keep it down

I guess I know too much
To say I know who you was and
Cold blue love is
All I have for you now since
All these cuts
All just keep adding up
I'm so disgusted still I'm so far in love and

I don't know if I can keep you
The idea would only do me like Aretha
Cuz that would only mean
That would only mean heartbreak for me now

But it feels
Oh feels
Feels like my love is gone
Feels
Yeah it feels
Feels like my love is gone
Feels
Yeah it Feels
Feels like my love is gone
Aye, no, heartbreak for me now
Feels like my love is gone.

You'll say I was never really that good in the first place
But you're still feeling like mine even on your worst day
I was never the one to put you in your place
Been giving me that face even from our first date
Monday getting me all cracked up like your late
But there was like sixteen cars piled up on the freeway
You'll probably be back up on me by Thursday
Guess I never can really trust just what she say

Said I know who you was and
Cold blue love is
All I have for you now since
All these cuts
All just keep adding up
I'm so disgusted still I'm so far in love and

I don't know if I can keep you
The idea would only do me like Aretha
Cuz that would only mean
That would only mean heartbreak for me now

But it feels Oh feels
Feels like my love is gone
Feels
Yeah it feels
Feels like my love is gone
Feels
Yeah it Feels
Feels like my love is gone
Aye, no, heartbreak for me now
Feels like my love is gone

"So many nights I sit and wonder..." I was in a platonic relationship once that came very close to becoming "more than friends". To me, this song is about the moment when the narrator (a.k.a. the dude singing the song) realizes he is in love with someone but realizes that he has been blind to it.

"Girl your voice is keeping me up all night..." when you love someone, even if you don't realize it, you just can't get them out of your head. "When we touch..." also when you touch them, oftentimes you feel a special connection that you don't feel when you touch anybody else.

"This time it feels like love..." we all know teenage guys and even some grown men are OBSESSED with people like Kate Upton and Victoria's Secret models. They pin up posters, set them as their wallpapers, and just plain swoon. They may call it love, but usually with people like that they're usually hot for them rather than actually being in love. If you really love somebody, you will most likely want to spend your whole life with them, rather than just one night.

"They say that love don't last forever..." everybody knows the drama of romance and love. The crushes, the secret words whispered in ears... and the breakups. Almost every couple will fight at least once. And most people date others before they meet the love of their lifetime. "Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose..." Most likely, everyone will have an unsuccessful relationship at some point. Those are called "stepping stones" toward the one meant for you. And love is a very, very touchy thing. But when you have "a love that's meant to be," you will almost always know.

"Sometimes it hurts..." Love Bites, Love Bleeds, It brings you to your knees. Most people who date, especially during high school, will have at least one very hard breakup. First love is almost always one of the roughest. "Sometimes you just can't tell..." You don't always know if the other person loves you back. It is that which causes the uncertainty and the nervousness. The worst thing someone can do is say no, but sometimes that no can be like a knife to the head. "This time it feels like love to me..." Like I said before, when you meet the love of your lifetime, you will probably be able to tell after some amount of time.

This is my interpretation of the song. If you have a differing opinion or it means sometime else to you. I (and many others, I'm sure) would love to hear about it, so please post

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Magical

How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
