The bird out my window says it's time to get up
But my eyes been open since the sun last let up
And it opened up my anger to the things all around
My favorite pillow
All my pencils
I threw your pictures on the ground
There's so much to damage when you're up and freaking out
Can't sleep 'til sunup
And there's no one around
I broke all my records that reminded me of you
I flipped up my mattress
Took a lighter to your shoes
You know you left them on a Tuesday when you were drunk and out of line
By now you should have come and got 'em
But now they're burning outside
There's so much to damage when you're up and freaking out
Can't sleep 'til sunup and there's no one around
There's so much to damage when you're up and freaking out
Cant sleep 'til sunup and you're not around

General CommentI'm pretty sure that this is correct. It's fairly easy to understand what he is saying, but if you see any mistakes let me know, it's quite possible I've made grammatical errors. Sorry it's all kind of in one block, I don't really understand how to write lyrics correctly. Sorry!

General CommentI think the meaning is pretty simple. He's mad at his girlfriend/ ex-girlfriend?, and he's having trouble sleeping. Since no one's around to take it out on, he starts lighting things on fire. I really love this EP, it gives a completely different sound to some of the songs on About Face. Plus this new song is one of my new favorites. I've never seen them live but I've heard this EP is more like what they sounded like in the beginning.
