Well one of thses days,
you know I'm gonna get my ass kicked.
And I'm not gonna try
and promise you that I'm not gonna deserve it.
But your boyfriend is still the worst house guest
I think that i've ever met.
And I hope that one day you'll wake up and you'll realize that you can't put up with it.

Wherever I am not,
thats always her next stop.
Just another day alone in the rain
in an empty parking lot.

Well one of these days,
maybe i'll just sit and give this all up.
And I'll say that all you yuppies can have this fuckin' world
If you love it so much.
But the things that we can't help but care about
make up who we are.
And I just can't believe that could mean their condos and their sports cars.

Well, when its gets had to breathe
sometimes I slip to apathy,
but I don't got any excuses not to learn
what words like home and freedom mean.

General CommentThis makes me think that when in the world you accept that superficial things such as appearances, cars, money, houses, ETC don't mean $0.02, then you slip into some sort of covalent apathy towards it all. When you could care less about all of the thing that people do to achieve or achieve to do, you get kind of careless and this song really embodies that sentiment.

This reminds me of my nagging, gregarious, superficial girlfriend who thinks she is the greatest thing since sliced bread but she only churn's the butter and better wisen up. She is quite young, probably around 36, but acts remotely younger. She run, run, run, run, runs her mouth and while I should probably get my ass kicked for this, fuck it!

When I was 3, the very first thing I wanted to be was a hobo and contemplated just jumping a trian and leaving everything...still do. We never really change, I guess.
