I don't care just where you go
As long, as long as it's with me
I don't mind just what you do
As long, as long as it's with me, too

Well I get told to never get old
But the way it unfolds
I'm a little garçon in my head
With a little fille that's stuck in bed

Well I get told to never get old
But the way it unfolds
I'm a little garçon in my head
With a little fille that's stuck in bed

Oh, I get told (I get told) to never get old (to never get old)
But the way it unfolds (but the way it unfolds)
I'm a little garçon in my head (I'm a little garçon in my head)
With a little fille that's stuck in bed (with a little fille that's stuck in bed)

(repeat)

Oh, okay, yeah, that's where you go
Oh, come and dance with me

I don't care just where you go
As long, as long as it's with me

General CommentIt's about being young and carefree. Very well played out. The attitude of the song screams out simplicity and freedom. A poppy, loose melody.

General CommentGarçon is french for boy. Fille is french for girl.
    How Canadian of them. :)

General CommentWow, "fille" makes it even better, I thought it was "feet." And I thought it was "but the WEIGHT unfolds." Thanks!

General CommentI'm think the last two lines of the song are actually repeats of the first two lines.

General Commenti think the message inside this song is:

"i'm always feeling young as long as i'm with you"

    or something

    General CommentEXACTLY.
I don't learn French, and i know from Google that it's definitely, "Garçon"
which is pronounced very nicely by Luke LaLonde.

General CommentI'm pretty sure the part written down at then end as:
"Oh, okay, yeah, that's where you go
Oh, come and dance with me

I don't care just where you go
As long, as long as it's with me"

is actually the same as the beginning stanza. so it should be:
"I don't care just where you go
As long, as long as it's with me
I don't mind just what you do
As long, as long as it's with me, too"

    i love born ruffians. :D
