"Cliffhanger" as written by Marc Daumail and Morgane Imbeaud....
CLIFFHANGER

He praises Lord on Sundays
Fucks a child on Mondays
He don’t mind, just let him go

Dogs and alcohol
He behaves like an animal
He don’t mind, just let him go

I have climbed mountains
I have lost my toes
I don’t mind
Now I’m alone

He says he’s gonna call
He said he’d play his role
He don’t mind, just let him go

She said I’ve never known
How to make love
I don’t mind, just let her go

I have climbed mountains
I have lost my toes
I don’t mind
Now I’m alone

My InterpretationThis one is beautiful and I understand the feeling behind the song but I find it really hard to put that feeling into words. Maybe it's just dissapointment and letting go of things, people and event that are hurtful.

My Opiniondont care attitude towards life in general ..
lost all hope "i have climed mountains "refers to lifes struggles and moving up
"i have lost my toes "is just the feeling of defeat
