Here, at the end of the world where credit cards and cheque books burn, there's a sign and it's telling me about the grand design. All the concrete monoliths shine like a testament to greed and our decline in social standards. Obeying the media's killing commands as fall further into apathy.

Are the means still worth the ends? A change of heart? A change of face. It's all that you condemn, expectant of a better place to come.

Fear is far from a valid excuse when you owe me the world yet you're fat from the truth. It's a crime and it's better off with every growing line of disillusioned and pathetic. It's hideous true but it's sadly prophetic. We stand to be judged yet we set up to fall. It's a comfort to know we're so highly evolved.

It's a self destructive trend. A safety net, sing Ce la vi. It's all that I condemn, the bitter taste of failure in my mouth.

I'd leave the railroads and the factories. I'd leave the cities and the sand.

Purge all this blood from my capillaries. Paint all this dogma with my hands.
